BAPTISM PREPARATION SESSION

All parents wanting to have their child Baptized in the upcoming months must have an interview with Karen Corcoran, Lay Pastoral Associate before each Baptism Preparation Session (last one for the summer is June 21st). Please note that the Baptism Date must be confirmed with Karen BEFORE you make arrangements for family and friends to attend.

INVITATION TO JOIN OLPH CHOIR

"If you enjoy singing in a choir and sharing your faith through music, please consider joining the OLPH choir this coming September, as we start our new season. We provide music for the 11:00 a.m. Sunday mass, and rehearse on Thursday evenings. We sing a variety of music, and this coming December we will be hosting a special joint musical venture with the choirs from Holy Rosary and St. Anselm's parishes. We welcome a variety of ages and musical backgrounds! Please contact the church office at 416-489-1540 ext 221 for further information."

You have the option of supporting OLPH church by requesting Sunday Envelopes or by participating in the Pre-Authorized Monthly Program (donation withdrawal is made once a month from your bank account). Yorkminster Park Meals on Wheels - URGENT

Urgently requires volunteer drivers to deliver Meals on Wheels in this community during the months of July and August. Meals are delivered between 10:30am and 12:30pm daily, Monday to Friday. Please call 416-482-0549 if you can spare two hours weekly or on an occasional basis to help on any of the delivery days.

FOUR WINDS BOYS CAMP GOLF TOURNAMENT

FRIDAY, JUNE 22, 2007 - REMINGTON PARKVIEW GOLF CLUB, MARKHAM

8:30 am Shotgun Start - Best Ball Format - $175 per person

Special guest for the day will be NHL LEGEND MARCEL DIONNE. Mr. Dionne will play one hole with each foursome and will be photographed with each golfer attending. At the end of the day, each golfer will be presented with their matted photographs ready for framing.

Ticket price includes continental breakfast, golf cart, grab bag, lunch, dinner & prizes.

All proceeds will go to Four Winds Boys Camp (formerly Columbus Boys’ Camp) a place where 450 boys, aged 7-13, experience a one-week vacation in the great outdoors away from the challenges of their home environment.

Archdiocesan Collection, Marygrove Camp – June 16 & 17

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul operates Marygrove Camp for less-fortunate girls ages 5-13. Over 1100 children attend camp each year.

Marygrove is funded by an annual collection which will be taken up the weekend of June 16 & 17. Please remember to support Marygrove and help send a child to camp. ENVELOPES are found in the vestibule.

CANADIAN NATIONAL CONFERENCE - CATHOLIC CHARISMATIC RENEWAL

This Conference is open to everyone and participating in it will bring “Amazing Fruit” for our archdiocese and for all who attend it. The main speaker is Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, OFM Cap, Preacher to the Papal Household. The Conference will be held at St. Michael’s College School, 1515 Bathurst St. Toronto by the St. Clair West Subway Station. www.amazing-fruit.org. The Conference is:
